Play. Learn. Progress.

Day after day. Season after season.

Tonsser builds apps for young athletes to record their games and training, reflect on how they played and set goals for what to improve next.

What we believe

A young player balancing a ball on his head, looking up at it.

Athlete first.

We build around the young athlete: their goals, their experiences and their progress. Their needs shape every product decision.

A Tonsser United coach with a hand on a player's back, watching the game together.

A companion, not a coach.

The coach plays a central role in every team. Our apps help players reflect, stay engaged and make more of what they learn with their coach.

A player dribbling a ball through a cone drill.

Grounded in trusted methods.

Our content and recommendations draw on established sports methodologies and development curricula, giving players a sound foundation to build on.

A smiling player giving two thumbs up.

Keep it fun.

Sport should be something young people want to keep coming back to. We help make the everyday experience rewarding, so enjoyment grows into a lasting love of the game.

Our story

For around a decade, Tonsser has helped pioneer a different approach to youth sports: building technology around the athlete. We started in football, giving young players a place to record their performances, share their progress and tell their own story.

That experience shaped what we’re building today. With Grinta, we’re moving beyond recording what happened to helping players reflect, learn and decide what comes next. And with basketball on the horizon, we’re bringing that same athlete-first belief to another sport.

The ambition has stayed the same: give young athletes tools that support their own development, season after season.
